GDM Sankalp 2025
German TMT’s dealer meet in Udaipur marked a significant milestone — their largest dealer gathering ever hosted. Designed as more than just a business conference, the event aimed to strengthen loyalty, celebrate performance, and reinforce long-term partnerships with their dealer network. We began by conceptualizing and naming the event “Sankalp 2025” — symbolizing commitment, shared growth, and a collective resolution to lead the market together. The nomenclature transformed the meet from a transactional gathering into a powerful emotional and strategic movement, aligning the brand and its dealers under one unified vision.

Branding & Collaterals

For Sankalp 2025, we handled the complete event branding ecosystem — from strategy to on-ground execution. We designed and implemented all digital and offline collaterals, ensuring a cohesive and immersive brand experience throughout the venue. This included stage backdrops, entry experiences, standees, presentation decks, motion graphics, LED screen visuals, welcome kits, signage systems, and spatial branding elements that elevated the scale and impact of the event. Every touchpoint was crafted to reflect strength, unity, and forward momentum, transforming the dealer meet into a visually powerful and emotionally resonant brand experience that matched the magnitude of German TMT’s biggest gathering to date.
